PERMODELAN ENTERPRISE RESOURCE PLANNING (ERP) DENGAN BUSINESS PROCESS MODEL AND NOTATION (BPMN) PADA PT SAHABAT HUTAMA MANDIRI

PT. Sahabat Hutama Mandiri (SHM) is a company engaged in the distribution of motor vehicle oil and spare parts. PT. This SHM has not implemented systems such as an order system, a payment system, and a stock checking system. The system used is still conventional (manual). The condition of the system which is still conventional (manual) over time will experience errors or errors in data recording. This study aims to overcome the conditions that occur in PT. SHM by creating an information model that can be a reference in business processes which can later be implemented into enterprise resource planning. Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is a graphical model that can be used to provide a simple description of how an information system is formed by describing business process flows, in this case enterprise resource planning for PT. Friends of Hutama Mandiri (SHM). The results obtained from this study are that the current business processes can be described in detail using BPMN and the results of the proposed business process descriptions can be used as solutions to implement Odoo at PT. SH.M. The results of the implementation prove that all needs can be properly accommodated in the Odoo system starting from the process of offering goods, ordering processes, payment processes to inventory stock processes.
