ANALISIS SISTEM INFORMASI KESEHATAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE TECHNOLOGY ACCEPTANCE MODEL ( TAM ) PADA PUSKESMAS 1 SUMBANG

Local government clinic of 1 Sumbang, Banyumas regency is one of health institution which has developed using infomation system. This research aims to (1) find out the effect of perceived usefulness of information system towards actual system usage at local government clinic of 1 Sumbang, Banyumas Regency; (2) find out the effect of perceived ease of use of information system towards actual system usage at local government clinic of 1 Sumbang Banyumas Regency; and (3) find out the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use simultaneously toward actual system usage at local government clinic of 1 Sumbang Banyumas Regency. The population of the research was all staffs at local government clinic of 1 Sumbang Banyumas Regency. The sample was 35 staffs from the total of population. This research used 3 (three) variables which have been modified from previous research model of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), i.e., perceived usefulness as first free variable (X1), perceived usefulness as second free variable (X2), and actual system usage as bound variable (Y).
