E-GOVERNMENT PENGELOLAAN ANGGARAN PENDAPATAN DAN BELANJA DESA (APBDesa) DENGAN METODE AGILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

Kebumen Village Hall Office is a government agency located at Jl. Raya Kebumen No 002 Rt 04 Rw 04 baturraden sub-district. Currently the Village Budget Management (APBDesa) system run by Kebumen Village Government of Baturraden District still uses conventional recording system the process takes a lot of time and energy. This increases the chances of error in the delivery of information. This study aims to provide convenience to the performance of Village Treasurer in managing village financial data and is expected with this application process management APBDesa run faster, precise, and more efficient. The application is designed using CodeIgniter and MySQL Framework while system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). Methods of data collection using interview methods, documentation, questionnaires, and literature study. While for system development method of researcher use Agile Software Development method of Extreme Programming type. The result of this research is e-Government Application of Village Revenue and Expenditure Management (APBDesa). The conclusion of this research is to facilitate the management of APBDesa and to assist the budget realization process because there are three related reports that are report of Village Budget Plan (RABDesa), Payment Request Letter (SPP), and Accountability Report (LPJ).
