Problems that are often faced by Semangate Poor Waste Bank are frequent inconveniences in transactions and monthly reports, the exchange of types of waste and prices, the price of waste per kilo often changes unstable, and the absence of good data backups to deal with damage or loss of customer data and the amount of savings. Based on the existing problems, the researcher provides a solution for an application that is used to process customer data at Semangate Poor Waste Bank in the form of a website using the CodeIgniter framework with the Extreme Programming method (XP) while in data collection, researchers use observation, interview, documentation and literature study methods.
