PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM DAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI(Studi Kasus: Madrasah Aliyah Wathoniyah Islamiyah/MAWI Kebarongan)

This study discusses the governance of information technology management in SMA Kebangkongan MAWI with the aim to produce a strategic planning system and information technology approach in MAWI Kebarongan based on Ward and Peppard method. The author uses data methods such as obeservation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Analyzer used to do strategy using SWOT analysis technique, Value Chain, Five Forces, CSF, PEST and Mc Farlan Strategic Grid Analysis. Then the results of decisions from SI Personnel, SI Finance, SI Facilities and Infrastructure, SI Counseling, SI Extracurricular, SI Scholarship, SI Alumni, while IT Solutions for network solutions SI.
