Analisis Dan Pengembangan Jaringan LAN Menggunakan VLAN berbasis mikrotik pada Universitas Amikom Purwokerto

Amikom Purwokerto University, is one of the universities in Purwokerto that uses the internet as a basic necessity to support work. The dense use of the internet and the design of topology that has not been updated to meet the needs cause the internet in Amikom Purwokerto University often encounters obstacles, obstacles that occur are IP Conflicts, Local Area Network is often not connected, and the internet feels slow. The purpose of this study is to analyze and design the network using the Topology of Virtual Local Area Network. The method used in this study was NDLC. The results showed that the researchers successfully applied the topology and came to the conclusion that the Virtual Local Area Network topology managed to provide better network security, minimize IP Conflict and internet usage to be much smoother.
