Abstract

The research aims to implement desktop-based employee achievement decision support systems. This research was conducted at CV Karya Alam Abadi. This research framework consists of problem identification, data collection, calculation methods, system development, and report generation. The system development method I designed the waterfall model, while for the calculation system in this desktop application, the authors applied the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The criteria for determining the selection of outstanding employees are, skills, abilities, achievements, attendance, courses, social and service. This decision support system for the selection of high achieving employees can make the process of selecting employees with good achievement to be more effective and efficient. The process of selecting these outstanding employees is expected to be a solution to the problems already mentioned. Then after the author conducted a trial through a questionnaire on one of the leaders of CV Karya Alam Abadi, the author obtained results from the implementation of a system of decision support for employee achievement using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to solve problems to determine the performance of outstanding employees at CV Karya Alam Abadi.
