Abstract

Transportation is one of the important aspects in human life because transportation contributes greatly to life in relation to everyday human activities. In this ever-growing era, people are made easier to buy vehicles, whether cars or motorcycles of a certain type and price, so that the number of vehicles has a high increase. Without realizing it, the large number of vehicles operating can cause air pollution and depletion of fuel oil. Therefore the researchers aimed to make a simulation video of how eco racing works as a fuel saver and prevent air pollution. The purpose of this study is expected to help introduce eco racing to the public to use eco racing. Data collection methods used in making simulation videos on eco racing work are interviews, observation, documentation and literature. The system development method used is the development method by Munir which consists of three stages namely Pre-production, Production, and Post-Production. The results of the study are 2D animated video simulation of how eco racing works.
