Abstract
The development of information systems throughout the world has made human life easier, one of which is in the health sector. Santa Maria Cilacap General Hospital in its development has used the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) to support management performance in obtaining faster information data. The lack of maximum acceptance of the use of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) by the employees of the Santa Maria Cilacap General Hospital has become a management constraint in obtaining information data effectively and efficiently as a basis for decision making. This research is a quantitative study that aims to analyze the level of acceptance of information system users using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) method. In accepting SIMRS at Santa Maria Cilacap General Hospital it was found that perceived ease of use affected perceived usefulness, as evidenced by the results of statistical tests where the tcount of 4.936 was greater than the table of 2.04841. Perceived ease of use has no effect on attitude toward usage, as evidenced by the results of statistical tests in which the tcount of 0.867 is smaller than the table of 2.05183. Perceived usefulness affects the attitude toward usage, as evidenced by the results of statistical tests where the t-value of 2.419 is greater than the table of 2.05183. Perceived usefulness has an effect on behavioral intention to use, as evidenced by the results of statistical tests where the t-test value of 5.716 is greater than the table of 2.04841. Attitude toward usage influences behavioral intention to use, as evidenced by the results of statistical tests where the t-value of 10.438 is greater than the table of 2.04841. Behavioral intention to use has no effect on actual usage, as evidenced by the results of statistical tests where the value of t is 0.186 smaller than the table of 2.04841.
