ANALISIS TINGKAT KESUKSESAN SISTEM INFORMASI KULIAH ONLINE MENGGUNAKAN METODE DELONE AND MCLEAN (Studi Kasus : Universitas Amikom Purwokerto)

Online lecture is a learning method which is utilized using the internet and information technology media. This study uses the Delone and Mclean (D&M) method with the aim of analyzing the relationship between system quality variables, information quality variables, service quality variables on the use of online college information systems on the website universitasonline.amikompurwokerto.ac.id, user satisfaction and benefits by users The results of this study are the users are influenced positively / significantly by information quality, system quality, service quality, satisfaction of use and benefits of use with the greatest influence is the quality of the system that is equal to (0.605). User satisfaction is influenced positively / significantly by information quality, system quality, service quality, users, and benefits of use with the greatest influence is the quality of the system that is equal to (0.659). The usage benefits are influenced positively / significantly by users and user satisfaction with the biggest effect on the benefits of use is user satisfaction that is equal to (0.657) and the lowest is influenced by customers by (0.392).
