AUDIT SISTEM INFORMASI SIMPATIK MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5 PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA KABUPATEN BANYUMAS

Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Banyumas is an office tasked with exercising regional authority in the field of information and communication technology management and assisting the government in developing information technology that used to support its work. This study aims to determine the capability level of SIMPATIK at Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Banyumas and provide suggestions and improvement strategies. The method used in this research is literature study, interview and questionnaire and uses the COBIT 5 framework to measure the capability of the SIMPATIK system. The result of this study in the APO12 domain are at level 3 and in the BAI01 domain are at level 2. The capability level results on the SIMPATIK system at the Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Banyumas at 2,5 are at level 2 (manage process).
