RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MONITORING PENGAMBILAN DAN PENGARSIPAN BERKAS KELULUSAN SEKOLAH DASAR DI SD NEGERI 1 SOKANEGARA

Application is used for administering the administration of graduation file retrieval: SKHU, Diploma, Report Card, and archiving of computerized graduation files. Notification in SD Negeri 1 Sokanegara still uses letters. This is very risky if the letter is not conveyed to parents, so parents cannot find out information on file retrieval at SD N 1 Sokanegara. Archiving of graduation files at SD Negeri 1 Sokanegara is still in the form of paper and has not been neatly arranged. This causes the file search to be very difficult, the risk is very dangerous if the file and evidence of file retrieval are lost or affected by disasters such as floods and fires. For this reason it is necessary to have an application for delivering Web-based information and SMS Gateways as supporting applications for monitoring file retrieval and archiving of computerized graduation files that are sufficient to support the needs. Data collection methods used were observation, study of literature, interviews and documentation. The system development method used in research is the prototype method. In this study aims to produce monitoring applications for the collection and filing of graduation files at SD N 1 Sokanegara as an alternative to optimizing the process of delivering information, monitoring the collection and filing of web-based elementary school graduation files. in SD N 1 Sokanegara which is web-based and has an SMS Gateway feature (helps the administration in sending messages to parents of students to provide information on file retrieval to students' parents, monitoring file retrieval and archiving on a computerized basis. Based on the results of testing using blackbox testing and the evaluation sheet can be concluded that all the menus are running as expected.
