Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency the number of educated unemployment in Indonesia is still quite high, the number of unemployed university graduates reaches 5.67 percent of the total workforce of around 13 million people. This is reflected in the open unemployment rate of TPT university graduates with a range of S1 to S3 reaching 737,000 people. One of the problems that is often faced by the development of startups is that there is no information related to how the development of startups. There is no coaching or assistance for startups that are pioneering and lack of information regarding capital access and market access for emerging startups. One way to overcome these problems is to build a startup incubator, as well as investors to help develop startups in order to compete in the global market. This research aims to help mentors find tenants and help startups that are incubated at an early stage to survive in the face of market competition global. It also connects tenants to investors to get capital injections and provide assistance. It also connects tenants to investors to get capital injections and provide assistance. To achieve this goal we created the Amikom web portal using the Codeigniter framework and the system development method used by the prototype. The results obtained from the Amikom web portal information system are information related to business incubators. From the results of testing the questionnaire that is 85.48% it can be concluded that the website-based StartUp Portal application is appropriate to be used to help alumni or students in choosing startups to be developed.
