An application is a software that is developed to meet the needs of users in carrying out certain jobs. Assessment is a series of activities and processes carried out to obtain information and data about the learning process of students in the classroom. Performance is a picture of the achievements that can be achieved by someone. Employees are people who offer services or goods in working age. Website is a collection of pages that can display information changing text, still images, moving pictures, sounds, and or a combination of them all. Topsis is a method for solving the Multi Attribute Decision Making (MADM) problem that uses the principle that the chosen alternative must have the shortest distance from the positive ideal solution and the farthest from the negative ideal solution.
