APLIKASI PENGELOLAAN DATA KESEHATAN IBU DAN ANAK (KIA) PADA PUSKESMAS 1 PURWOKERTO UTARA (Studi Kasus: Puskesmas 1 Purwokerto Utara)

At present the management of data on maternal and child health services in Puskesmas 1 Purwokerto Utara is not supported by the use of information technology, so that in recording new patient registrations, recording visits and examinations of patients, recording medical records, and MCH service reports are still done using book media. As a result, medical data duplication often occurs such as re-recording with the same patient so that the medical history cannot be continuous, errors in recording, as well as in the process of searching and making reports requires quite a long time. To overcome these problems, a technology that can facilitate the management of data on the health of mothers and children (MCH) at the puskesmas is certainly needed. The purpose of this study is to create an application that is connected with a website-based internet network to facilitate medical personnel in facilitating the management of data on Maternal and Child Health (MCH).This research was developed by applying the Extreme Programing method using Sublime and MySql. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah data rekam medis pasien dengan cepat dan akurat didapatkan menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website yang dibuat. The results in this study are website-based applications that are able to process patient medical record data quickly and accurately, facilitate Puskesmas 1 Purwokerto Utara midwives in making reports,data search, data collection and checking of patient data.
