PENERAPAN TEORI MOTIVASI MCCLELLAND PADA APLIKASI MOTIVASI PELATIHAN SUPER UNGGUL AMIKOM PURWOKERTO BERBASIS WEBSITE (Studi Kasus: Universitas Amikom Purwokerto)

Amikom University of Purwokerto is a college held by the Amikom Purwokerto Foundation under the auspices of the Ministry of National Education led by a chairman who is under and responsible to the Minister of National Education through the Region VI Kopertisi Coordinator and the Director-General of Higher Education. At the Amikom University of Purwokerto, there are "Pelatihan Super Unggul" or PSU activities. "Pelatihan Super Unggul" (PSU) is one of the pre-college activities for prospective new students at Amikom University in Purwokerto. This activity is carried out to motivate prospective new students to become human. In the PSU activity, there is a personality test that is used to measure the motivation level of new students. Personality tests conducted at the Amikom University of Purwokerto still use questionnaires and a series of questions that are shared with new students. New students are asked to fill out a questionnaire sheet. After that, the calculation is done and conclusions are drawn from the results of the work. In this way, it will certainly take a long time and be ineffective. The purpose of the data collection method used in this study is to create a Web-based Personality Test Application. Data collection methods used in this study include interviews, literature studies, and documentation while system development uses waterfall which consists of analysis, design, coding, and testing. The results of this study are Website-Based Personality Test Applications. To accelerate the process of evaluating the personality of new students at Amikom Purwokerto University .
