Abstract

Student problem identification is an activity that seeks, finds, collects, researches, registers, records data and information from field needs. The purpose of this study is to assist BK Teacher's performance in identifying problems and service needs of students in order to obtain problem data quickly and accurately. This study is entitled Student Learning Problem Identification System at Vocational School Ma'arif NU 1 Sumpiuh Web-Based, which can help BK teaching staff in doing student counseling, identifying problems and providing relevant student services. This can be realized by using students' personal data, and using the AKPD Instrument Questionnaire (Student Needs Questionnaire), which includes personal, social, learning, and career fields. This research is a descriptive study that describes the problems experienced by students. The research sample is students in one class who are enrolled in the 2018/2019 school year. The results showed that the intensity of the problems experienced by students in internal problems was in personal problems, with a range of each personal area (34.59%), social (23.54%), learning (27.96%), career (13,92%)
