HARANCANG BANGUN SISTEM MONITOR PELANGGARAN SISWA MENGGUNAKAN PHP MYSQL BERBASIS WEBSITE DI SMAN 4 PURWOKERTO

The development of student behavior patterns, especially in SMA Negeri 4 Purwokerto, if not supervised and controlled in each of its developments. It is not impossible that students will be affected by bad things both from the family environment and the outside environment. Problems that occur BK teachers have difficulty making notes of student violations. This is due to the use of a recording system that is still in manual form at SMA Negeri 4 Purwokerto. In the ongoing recording, there are many shortcomings, such as the loss of violation records that were exposed to water and torn violation records due to being stored for too long or being stored incorrectly. The purpose of this study is to create a monitoring system for recording student violations at SMA Negeri 4 Purwokerto. The method used is data collection and system design using the extreme programming method. The results of this study have made a monitoring system for student violations. Based on the results of black box testing, all tests are appropriate and successful.
