RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI PENDATAAN LAYANAN PADA POSYANDU BERBASIS WEB (Studi Kasus: Posyandu Kamboja RW III Desa Jatinegara Kecamatan Sempor)

Posyandu activities are one of the government's efforts to provide health services. Posyandu is held to provide convenience to the community in obtaining basic health services, especially for pregnant women and toddlers. Posyandu Kamboja is a health service unit in the area of RW 03 Jatinegara Village, Sempor District, Kebumen. Until now, the recording of data at the Posyandu Kamboja is still manual so that the processing of data and information is still experiencing many obstacles, especially in terms of accuracy and effectiveness. To overcome this problem, the idea emerged to create a web-based Posyandu service data collection application design with the aim of facilitating data processing of existing services at Posyandu Kamboja. By conducting direct observations and interviews with Posyandu cadres, some of the data needed to design the application were obtained. The method used in making the application is Prototype which consists of the communication stage, planning quickly, modeling the design quickly, forming prototypes, submitting prototypes. Testing the application using black box testing is in accordance with the test plan and required specifications, so it can be concluded that the Posyandu data processing application can be used to assist Posyandu in managing data at Posyandu Kamboja.
