PENDAFTARAN ONLINE KLINIK FISIOTERAPI PURWOKERTO MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK LARAVEL (Studi Kasus: Kinik Fisioterapi Purwokerto) JUDUL

Today's health service providers are experiencing increasingly fierce competition. Along with the rapid development of medical science and the increasing human need for health facilities, various kinds of health facilities have emerged, health facilities here are not only in the form of health facilities built by the government, but there are also health facilities built by the private sector such as clinics and so on. Where public and private health facilities are increasingly competing in a healthy manner in improving the services provided to the community. In addition, the increasing mindset of the community, causes people to be more critical in making choices in meeting the need for health services to obtain maximum results. Currently, experiencing difficulties in disseminating information, limited human resources coupled with limited time, makes the Physiotherapy Clinic Purwokerto have difficulty in disseminating information. To overcome these problems, the author intends to develop a use of information technology to make website-based online registration using Sublime Text and with HTML, PHP, and CSS programming languages. Data was collected by means of observation and interviews. The system development method used is the waterfall method, which has several stages, namely needs analysis, design, development (programming), testing, and maintenance. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the online registration application for the Purwokerto physiotherapy clinic using the Laravel framework is feasible to use. This is based on the results of the questionnaire which shows the percentage of 85% so it is categorized as strongly agree.
