SISTEM INFORMASI PENGOLAHAN DATA PADA PRAKTEK DOKTER UMUM DESA BANTERAN KECAMATAN SUMBANG (Studi Kasus: Praktek dr. Fany Setiawan)

The data processing in the place of General Practitioners Practice place dr. Fany Setiawan is still doing manually. It caused reporting process, slowly, the data difficult to control because of human error and cannot provide accurate information. The purpose of this research is to build data processing system in that practical place. To help and facilitate the recording process of patient data, medical records, medicine inventory and report generation. The data collection methods that used in this research are interview, observation, literature and documentation. The system development method that used is waterfall method, using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship diagram (ERD) as the desin tools. The writer also used Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 and MySQL database as the supporting software. The last result that have been done by the writer using blackbox testing show that the system is running according to its function in terms of data processing
