IMPLEMENTASI LOCATION BASED SERVICES (LBS) PADA APLIKASI PENCARIAN LOKASI FASILITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PURWOKERTO BERBASIS ANDROID

Health Service Facility is one of the places that conducting health services, whether promotive, preventive, curative or rehabilitative conducted by government, local government, and / or community. Because of the many service facilities in Purwokerto then there are several locations of health care facilities that are not listed in google map or less accuracy of location provided by google map. From the questionnaires that are done often people will have difficulty when looking for health care facilities. For that reason built a location search application health service facility in Purwokerto by implementing Location Based Services. Location Based Services is a service that reacts actively to the position entity changes so as to be able to detect the location of the object and provide services in accordance with the location of the known object. This application is built as a media information to help people who have difficulty finding information and location of Health Service Facilities in Purwokerto. This app is built using Android Studio, Mysql, and Notepad ++. The method used in this research is Waterfall method. The results of this study is a health facility search application that implements Location Based Services that can be used on the Android platform.
