Processing student grades is one part of teaching and learning activities (KBM) in schools, which is used to measure student achievement in education, especially at the junior high school level in several semesters. Meanwhile, in making student grade reports, it is still carried out manually, but a more computerized value data collection has not been carried out. With this problem, a system will be made which will assist teachers in entering student score data. The system that will be created will use the PHP programming language and the database using mysql. While the method used is to use the waterfall model. With this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for teachers to input student score data. In addition, the processing of student value data will be more effective and accurate. From students it will be easier to see and check the value directly. From the parents' side, it will be easier to check and control their children during school. In data collection is done by observation and interviews. Observations are made on the spot and interviews will be conducted with 1 or more school officials.
