SISTEM PENUNJANG KEPUTUSAN SELEKSI CALON PENERIMA RASKIN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SMART DI DESA KEDUNGPRING

ABSTRACT Raskin is the government's efforts to reduce the burden of expenditure to poor families. In general the problems that occurred in aid provision Raskin still not optimal, many occurred obstacles in relief such as an error in the input data of citizens so that the provision of poor rice is more or less the citizens sometimes complained that citizens should have the right to get help but they do not get it, as well otherwise the people who should not be entitled to actually get help raskin. Making the Decision Support System (DSS) is intended as a tool for relevant agencies to determine the recipient of Raskin is right on target in the division or distribution of the rice. SMART is a flexible decision-making methods. SMART method is more widely used because of simplicity in responding to the needs of decision makers and how to analyze the response. The method used is water tejun (waterfall) for providing software approach life forms, sequentially or ordered starting from analysis, design, coding, and testing.
