For the making of this system, starting with the method of collecting interview data, observation and literature study. In the development phase of this system used waterfall method of system development methods in a structured and sequential. From the results of testing this information system using black box testing method, all features function with expected results it can be concluded that this application has functioned in accordance with the purpose of manufacture and can be implemented.
