PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Central Java & DIY is the Implementing Unit for the Distribution of Electricity in Central Java and Special Region of Yogyakarta. PT PLN (Persero) UP2D Central Java & DIY is located at Jalan Gatot Subroto No. 5 Semarang, Purwoyoso, Ngaliyan, Semarang City, Central Java. UP2D Central Java & DIY is divided into 3 DCC (Distribution Control Center) areas, namely DCC 1 located in Semarang (PT PLN (Persero) Office UP2D Central Java & DIY), DCC 2 located in Yogyakarta, precisely at Jalan Gedong Kuning No.3, Banguntapan , Bantul, Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) and DCC 3 which is located in Purwokerto, precisely at Jalan Jendral Sudirman No. 141, Sokanegara, Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, Central Java. UP2D JTY which has 4 divisions of work which include Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition and Telecommunications (SCADATEL), Distribution System Operations (OPDIST), 20 KV (Kilo Volt) Electronic Mechanical Maintenance (HARLEK 20 KV), Human Resources and Administration Division (SDM & ADM).
