Abstract
Tofu waste is an industry that produces organic waste. If the waste is dumped into the water stream, it is allowed to continue without prior treatment, it will damage the environment. pH is the degree of acidity that is used to express the level of acidity possessed by a solution that has an important role in the life of microorganisms that live in water, where microorganisms need an environment at a certain pH. Therefore we need a filtration that can increase the pH value in order to reduce the risk of environmental pollution. This study carried out observations using zeolite filtration media as adsorbent to increase the pH value detected by the SEN1061 pH sensor controlled by Arduino Uno. This research succeeded in making a prototype in the form of zeolite filtration which can affect the pH value and the pH detection system using the SEN1061 pH sensor and automatically discharging tofu waste using a servo valve.
