Abstract
Website is one of the various media where users can find all kinds of information anywhere and anytime through the internet. Panda is a website and app village information system integrated with the system of public service equipped with Artificial Intelligence, Panda into the design of the future service integration and urban villages, the government and local government, health facilities, education and public service other. To know the quality of the website Panda need of a quality measurement. The measurement of the quality of the website can be known through the perception of the user of the website. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of the website Panda using the method of Webqual 4.0 with the variables of usability, information quality, service interaction quality and its influence on the user satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. The results obtained in this study for partial variables usability (the ease of the user) variables significantly influence user satisfaction. As for the variable of information quality and the variable of service interaction quality do not significantly influence the variable of user satisfaction. Simultaneously a variable of usability, information quality, service interaction quality variables significantly influence user satisfaction.
