Abstract
The influence of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the education system in the world, one of which is in college libraries, the pandemic also affects the rapid development of information technology. One of the technologies that can be utilized in this pandemic era is OPAC. This research was conducted for the satisfaction of users of the public access catalog (OPAC) of the Amikom Purwokerto Library so that the library can get a picture of the level of user satisfaction. The measurement of user satisfaction uses the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. OPAC is an online catalog that is used by users to access library materials in a computerized way. The variables used in this study were content, accuracy, format, timeliness, ease of use. OPAC is an information system that is useful during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially for final year students who need a lot of literature to support their research. Students can access OPAC anywhere and anytime, therefore students can find the information they need in the library without having to come to the library. Evaluation is carried out to see whether the use of the system is in accordance with the expectations and desires of users to meet the information needs of users and with technological developments that make users need effective information and are needed to get it. The sample in this study a number of 94 respondents were students of the Amikom Purwokerto University who used OPAC online. Data collection used a questionnaire consisting of 17 questions for the five variables studied. From the data obtained with the five hypothesis formulations, the results are all well accepted. Hypotheses with high influence values exist in the variable format or display. And the variable with the lowest effect value is on the variable timeliness. Therefore there is a need for an increase in the OPAC system to improve the speed at which the OPAC is accessed.
