Abstract
E-learning is one of the learning support systems in SMK Negeri 1 Binangun. However, in its application, it found several problems faced by system users. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of information technology capability for e-learning SMK Negeri 1 Binangun using the COBIT 5 framework where the domains used were DSS04 and MEA01. Measurements are made using the COBIT 5 standard. After the results of the mapping of Enterprise Goals, IT Related Goals, and COBIT 5 mapping are obtained, then an analysis will be carried out to determine the GAP level. From the research results obtained GAP analysis on DSS04 which is equal to 1. This is because the process stops at level 1 while the target is at capability level 2. Subdomain MEA01 has GAP analysis 1. This is because the process stops at level 2 while the target capability is level 3. Then the results are average -The average capability level is 1.5, which means that the e-learning system is in a performance process, where the system has reached the goal, but there are still obstacles so that the researcher provides recommendations according to the current e-learning system problems.
