Abstract

Primary Clinic Inpatient PKU Muhammadiyah Kroya is a clinic that was established since 2006. This clinic has grown quite rapidly from starting to operate only as medical clinic and maternity house until finally now become a clinic inpatient basic medical services, PKU Muhammadiyah Kroya has a vision that is " Clinic is leading with Islamic service and quality ". To realize the vision of PKU Muhammadiyah Kroya it is necessary a strategic planning in order to get added value for kompetitif superiority, this strategic research entitled "Strategic Planning KPRI PKU Muhammadiyah Kroya Using Ward and Peppard Method that produces 7 (seven) new Information System, website, and Sharing Knowledge Management System.
