Abstract

Purwokerto State Islamic Religious Institute (IAIN) Purwokerto, the Institute is under the Coordinator of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion which organizes higher education at the bachelor, master, and doctoral degrees. During this time if there is a disruption in the computer staff other parts, the technician will be contacted by the staff concerned and will be checked by one of the technician members. Not all technician members participate in handling problems faced by employees of the IAIN Purwokerto campus, so it is difficult to make an assessment of active or inactive technician members, other than that with the application that regulates this, it will be easier for the technician to find out the damage- damage before. The design of the web application helpdesk interruption of web-based internet network connections and the notification of the telegram bot uses object-oriented design tools such as document flowcharts to illustrate running systems or old systems namely, use case diagrams, activity diagrams and class diagrams. The application used is sublime text 3 and xampp which is a new system development design in the helpdesk web application. The results of the design of this helpdesk web application are expected to make it easier for employees to report damage, so there is no queue for repairs. Make it easier for data technicians to do repairs, and can print reports of repairs to the percentage of damage and an assessment of the technician's part.
