Abstract

Libraries have the important task of carrying out library services for educational, teaching, and community service needs. In the world of library education is one means of education and supporting student learning activities that play a very important role in spurring the achievement of educational goals. The AMIKOM Purwokerto university library has several procedures in its implementation, one of which is the book lending procedure, but currently the procedure is considered to be less than optimal because the library card which is one of the requirements for book lending is not owned by Amikom students. This study aims to create information media to socialize the Registration Procedure and Issuance of Membership Cards at the AMIKOM UNIVERSITY Purwokerto Library. The method used in this research is literature study, observation, interview. The system development method has 3 stages, namely pre-production, production and post-production. The results of this study are 2D animation videos.
