Abstract
Website is one of the information media that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. Hotel Java Heritage Purwokerto is a company that uses a website to present a company profile as information on products and services provided. To find out the quality of a website needs to be held measurement, where the measurement of website quality can be known from the user's perception of the website. The purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of the Java Heritage Purwokerto Hotel website using the Webqual 4.0 method with variables of usability, information quality, service interaction quality and its effect on user satisfaction both partially and simultaneously. The method used to conduct website quality analysis in this study is the Webqual 4.0 method. The results obtained in this study partially usability and information quality variables did not significantly influence user satisfaction variables. Whereas the service interaction quality variable significantly influences the user satisfaction variable. Simultaneously the usability, information quality, service interaction quality variables significantly influence user satisfaction variables.
