Abstract
Akar Rumput Breeder Association is a Certain Breeder Association that only doing goat cultivation for dairy goat. It established since 2006, with the office is in RT 02/ RW 02, East Tayem Village, Karangpucung, Cilacap, Central Java. The dairy goat cultivation activity is breeding the Saanen race as a male and local race as female, this also known as cross breeding. Active members of the association count 186 members. Total population of all cultivated goats is 2214 goats. The data records and pedigree tracing activity is still using manual methods like writing with pen. Depends on how many members and goats, the manual method is not recommended because it makes data very difficult to find. The purpose of this study is to create a website that can ease the process of writing and tracing data pedigree of dairy goats efficiently. The Researcher uses interview, literature study, observation, and questionnaire methods for collecting data. To develop the system, the researcher applies waterfall method. The result of the black box test on dairy goat data record and pedigree tracing application show that the features run as expected. Acceptance testing applies questionnaire to 65 sample of respondents of all member in the association. It gets a percentage value of 95,38% , which is classified as very good value. So we can conclude that the dairy goat data recording and pedigree tracing application using the Depth First Search method is worth to applied.
