Abstract

New Student Registration is a process that the school does every year to receive prospective new students, in the development of this digital era the registration of new students should be very easy to access anywhere and anytime by prospective students, Then in article 11 of Law No. 20 of 2003 also mandates that the Government and Regional Governments must provide services and facilities, as well as ensure the quality of education for every citizen without discrimination. In SMK Aryasatya Patikraja Technology in the process of registering prospective students so far each year still uses registration in writing on paper which is very prone to data damage and data errors that reach 15% of the total students who register, changing data cannot be done quickly or not can see the registration history every year. On the basis of these problems the idea arose to build a system which can be accessed anywhere and anytime, which is a new website-based student registration system. This information system is built using the bootstrap framework and the system development method used is the waterfall. The results of the blackbox testing information system for new student registration based on this website are the results according to expectations and can be run properly.
