Abstract
Banyumas Sky E-Sport is an organization engaged in electronic sports (E-Sport). The problem in Banyumas Sky E-Sport is a good understanding of the game skills, livestream and understanding of the tournament or event is still lacking because it should have such basic knowledge that can later advance the organization. A thorough preparation and readiness (KM Readiness Level) is needed to provide success when KM is applied. Measuring the level of KM slippage is carried out by classifying several Knowledge Management Critical Success Factors (KMCSF) into the Knowledge Management aspect. The method used to measure the level of KM implementation readiness is to map KMCSF with KM infrastructure. The result of the readiness of the implementation of knowledge management at the Banyumas Sky E-Sport is 72.61% or is at level 4 Receptive (Receiving). This means that organizations in Banyumas Sky E-Sport can be said to be ready and established to implement Knowledge Management.
