Abstract

Regional Public Library of Banyumas Regency is the Regional Library of Banyumas Regency as a means of supporting the development of education, science and one of the government agencies that provide public services in the field of library. Decreasing the number of visitors and requiring video information media to attract interest in visiting the Banyumas Regency Regional Public Library. The purpose of this study is to apply low poly modeling techniques using 3D using Autodesk 3DS Max 2014 in making information videos to introduce and promote the Banyumas District Public Library to the public who are expected to obtain new advertisements in the presentation of an information. Using the MDLC method, the results of this study are 3D animation videos using low poly modeling techniques
