Abstract
Multmedia is the most superior and trend in the information tecnology in this world. One of the multimedia elements that can describe every picture into a living is video. one of technique used is motion tracking. In the use of motion tracking, can be used for example using tracking data in the movement of animated characters, and promotional media that play a role in displaying valuable information. In collecting data in this research, the authors used interview, observation, and literature study methods. Media information made by the form of real shoot video. The making of this media aims to provide information about the development of STMIK Amikom Purwokerto to Amikom Purwokerto University, as well ass supporting media for public relation University of Amikom Purwokerto in delivering informaton whet carrying out various visits. System development methods used in this research are pre-production, production and post-production. The results of this study are in the form of a real shot video which was aso uploaded on youtube with the title “Application of Motion Tracking Techniques in Makiing Video Profile as Media Information for the Development of STMIK Amikom Purwokerto”.
