EVALUASI KUALITAS LAYANAN WEBSITESMK MA’ARIF NU 2 AJIBARANG MENGGUNAKAN WEBQUAL 4.0

In the modern era, technology cannot be separated from everyday life, the development of increasingly advanced technology making it easier for people to get information. One of them can be obtained through the website or website. Website information technology users are widely used in the field of education, one of the educational institutions that already use is SMK Ma'arif Nu 2 Ajibarang. But in the process of using information technology there are still many obstacles such as information on teaching and learning activities that do not yet exist, information that is rarely updated / updated, and users / users have difficulty communicating with the management / school. Therefore, SMK Ma'arif Nu 2 Ajibarang feels the need to know the quality of his website and the factors that influence the quality of the website. This study aims to determine the quality of the Ma'arif Nu 2 Ajibarang website and provide recommendations on factors that affect the quality of the website. This study uses the WebQual 4.0 method that focuses on three areas of usability, information quality, and service interaction based on user perception. And Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) to get which variables already have good quality and which variables need to be improved. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The study population was students, teachers, and guardians of students of Ma'arif Nu 2 Ajibarang. The results showed 84.25% of website services to respondents had been fulfilled and still had a gap of 15.75% and the results of the Cartesian IPA diagram showed that the variables US2, IQ9, IQ11, IQ13, IQ14 and SI21 were on the indicators that needed prioritized for improvement.
