Abstract

Not separated from the world of education at this time, world conditions and Indonesia experienced a Covid-19 pandemic. Learning for elementary school students is done online / distance to provide a meaningful learning experience for students. In addition, in helping elementary school student learning also utilize the Teacher's Room application. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a satisfaction analysis while using the Teacher's Room learning application. The purpose of this study was to analyze the success of the application of the Teachers' Room during the Covid-19 pandemic towards grades 4 and 5 at SD N Kaliputih with the Delone & Mclean Model approach. In order for the research to be focused and focused, then the problem set is the model used by the updated Delone and Mclean (2003) and the independent variables are system quality, information quality, and service quality, while the dependent variable is user satisfaction variable. This study used 60 respondents then the data were collected with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed using multiple linear regression test (Test F). Data processing using the IBM SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 25. The results of testing with the F test, system quality, information quality and service quality simultaneously are very influential and significant for users with a calculated F value of 7.675> F table (3.160), a significant value of 0,000 <0.05. While the results of testing with the F test, system quality, information quality and service quality simultaneously have a significant and significant effect on user satisfaction with a calculated F value of 4.233> F table (3.160), a significant value of 0.009 <0.05. It can be concluded that if the quality of the system, information and services is improved according to user needs, it will have a large impact on the organization.
