EVALUASI TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI PADA RUMAH SAKIT UMUM HIDAYAH PURWOKERTO MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5.0 (Studi Kasus: RSU Hidayah Purwokerto)

Information technology is a requirement of a hospital institution, as implemented in Hidayah Purwokerto General Hospital. Hidayah Purwokerto Hospital applies the Accreditation Document Management System (SISMADAK). At the time of implementation, there were still some obstacles such as errors in inputting multiple data, large amounts of data with short time, and handling problems that were not well organized, thus hampering the performance of hospital staff. So in this study using the COBIT 5 framework (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology) to evaluate the information technology governance problems that exist in Hidayah Public Hospital Purwokerto. The results of this study indicate that the calculation of capability level in the EDM01 domain gets level 1 with a value of 72%, EDM 04 gets level 1 with a value of 61%, and EDM05 gets level 2 with a value of 100% at level 1 and a value of 50% at level 2.
