PENERAPAN MODEL UTAUT UNTUK PEMAHAMAN E-LEARNING DI FAKULTAS ILMU KOMPUTER UNIVERSITAS AMIKOM PURWOKERTO

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a tool in solving problems faced in various sectors of life including the education sector. Along with the rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), the need for an IT-based concept and mechanism of teaching and learning (education) is inevitable. E-learning is a learning process that utilizes ICT systematically by integrating all learning components, including learning interactions across space and time, with guaranteed quality. The Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) is a theory-based model developed by Vakantesh, et al. in 2003. This model illustrates the factors that influence individual acceptance of Information Technology (IT). This study aims to analyze the effect of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions on the interest in using e-learning in the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Amikom Purwokerto by using the UTAUT model. The results of this study indicate that the variable that most influences the interest in the use of e-learning in the Faculty of Computer Science, University of Amikom Purwokerto is the variable Social Influence with an effect of 47.5% while the least influential variable is the variable Effort Expectancy which is 22.4%.
