Abstract

One of the advances in information technology is also reaching out and influencing the field of government, one of which is in the sub-districts in various regions. Information Technology is part of the cluster of service making from the government and also the greater influence on agencies or organizations. One of the information is SIAK (information system population administration) is an application that is used to manage the personal data of residents in all districts and districts in Indonesia. In the Bojongsari sub-district office has used the SIAK information system, in the application there are several obstacles such as the presence of viruses, natural disasters (hit by lightning) that cause damage to devices related to the system, human errors such as errors in data input and data deletion, and application errors can not be used, this is very detrimental and disrupting the operational activities of the agency especially if the data is needed. Bojongsari sub-district office is also a has never done an information system risk management analysis. This research aims to make a recommendation for mitigating action on the risk of information assets of SIAK (population administration information system). The results of the research are for mitigation action scenarios threat 1 obtained 3 mitigation actions from 2 containers, for scenarios threat 2 obtained 3 mitigation measures from 2 containers, for threat scenario 3 obtained 2 mitigation measures from 2 containers, for threat scenario 4 obtained 3 mitigation measures from 2 containers.
