PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI PADA SMP N 1 KALIMANAH

Every school must have a vision and mission, to achieve a vision and mission one that is needed is strategic planning as a guide to achieve it. SMP N 1 Kalimanah is an educational institution in the Kalimanah sub-district. However, SI and IT have not yet implemented maximally in their business processes. So it is deemed necessary to make a strategic planning of information systems, in order to be superior in business competition. Strategic planning is a guide used by organizations or companies today to determine the right and strategic information system for organizations and companies in accordance with the current state of the organization. This study aims to make strategic planning using the ward and peppard methodology with SWOT analysis tools, Value Chain and McFarlan Strategic Grid analysis methods. The results of this study are a portfolio of strategic planning that is what is needed to achieve the vision and mission.
