A cooperative is a legal entity established by an individual or a cooperative legal entity, with the separation of the wealth of its members as capital to run a business that bases its activities based on family principles. Including school cooperatives established in the school environment for educational purposes. In running its business, the Cooperative School of SMK Negeri 2 Purwokerto has a consumer / consumption cooperative unit that provides the needs of its members including selling school supplies and other consumer goods. During this time data management in the consumer / consumption cooperative of SMK Negeri 2 Purwokerto is still in the form of book records, so monitoring of merchandise, sales and purchases of Cooperative goods is difficult and often mismatches. With these problems the researchers tried to create a data management system in the school cooperative to optimize the process of monitoring merchandise for the cooperative and allow it to see the history of buying and selling goods in the cooperative. Researchers used the eXtreme Programming software development method because the criteria for the method were assessed to be applicable in the school cooperative environment, the Cooperative data management system was built using XAMPP and applied on the website.
