Abstract

This study aims to examine the Information System Model Developed by DeLone and McLean in the e-library information system. The variables used in this study are System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, Use, User Satisfaction, and Net Benefits. The object of this research is the information system e-library at University AMIKOM Purwokerto, which applies the concept porposed by DeLone and Mclean (2003) about the discovery of information systems. The data sending technique used was using a questionnaire. The subjects of this study were students and lecture of University AMIKOM Purwokerto as many as 102 respondents. Testing the hypothesis which is a product product Pearson analysis technique. Based on the results of this study indicate that the of hypotheses on all variables is quite good and all hypotheses are accepted. (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between system quality to use. (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between information quality to use. (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality to use. (4) there is a positive and significant relationship between system quality to user satisfaction. (5) there is a positive and significant relationship between information quality to user satisfaction. (6) there is a positive and significant relationship between service quality to user satisfaction. (7) there is a positive and significant relationship between use to user satisfaction. (8) there is a positive and significant relationship between use to net benefit. (9) there is a positive and significant relationship between user satisfaction to net benefit
