Inpatient Information System (SIRANAP) is an application that presents information about the availability of beds in a raft house in real time (real time) aimed at facilitating access to information on the availability of beds in the hospital to the public or those who need it, minimizing the occurrence of cases of patients being rejected because the bed is full. Each hospital is required to enter SIRANAP data at least 2 (two) times a day, every morning and evening. Hospitals that already have SIMRS can integrate with SIRANAP. Web service is a software that is used as a bridge that allows various systems to communicate without being affected by platform differences. Web service allows devices on different platforms to communicate with each other. This web service will bridge the availability of room information in the hospital so that it can be presented in the SIRANAP application. This research will explain about making a web service that can integrate the SIRANAP application and the SIMRS RSUD application, Dr. R. Goeteng Taroenadibrata Purbalingga. Using RESTful technology in the exchange of data with XML through URI (Uniform Resource Identifier). RESTful web service technology is used as a connectivity layer, REST makes a good connectivity layer between the cloud environment and the mobile platform, especially when used in conjunction with HTTP. So it is easy to access and can be used to assist in presenting information on room availability in hospitals online
