ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA FIVERR MENGGUNAKAN METODE END-USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION (EUCS)

The rapid development of technology allows a person to be able to work from anywhere, just having internet access. Currently the term freelancer is very popular. Freelancers or freelancers are people who are not tied to any company or agency. Fiverr is a marketplace that provides various freelance services from various parts of the world. Fiverr provides a space for freelancers to showcase their portfolios and offer their services. This study aims to determine the effect of the variables content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness using the End User Computing Satisfaction method on fiverr user satisfaction. End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) is a method to measure user satisfaction of an application system by comparing the expectations and reality of an information system. The reason for choosing the EUCS method is because the variables in the EUCS method can determine or measure user satisfaction. The results of this study there are 2 content variables, ease of use has a significant effect on user satisfaction, while the accuracy, format, timeliness variables have no significant effect on user satisfaction.
