Abstract

The impact of the Corona virus outbreak (Covid-19) is not only detrimental to the health side. The virus that started in the city of Wuhan, China, has even affected the economy of the property sector significantly in Indonesia. For residential or residential properties, especially in Indonesia, for now it is quite good due to the impact of the Covid 19 pandemic, although it can be said to be no more than other sub-sectors. however, real estate growth in Purbalingga did not experience a severe decline. PT. Griya Asri Syarafana is an industrial private company engaged in the construction industry, real estate and the procurement of goods and services, especially in the Purulingga area and its surroundings. The promotional media used so far are through brochures and online media such as Facebook and WhatsApp. However, due to the impact of Covid 19, housing sales have also decreased in recent years. In a pandemic condition like this requires better marketing breakthroughs to increase sales but must continue to carry out health protocols in order to reduce the spread of the Covid 19 virus. Avoid direct contact due to the Covid 19 pandemic The company needs a more precise marketing strategy, therefore it is hoped that with Application-based Augmented Reality (AR) technology is expected to assist in facilitating marketing during the covid 19 pandemic. In this study the method used is MDLC (Multimedia Development Live Cyicle). so that Augmented Reality Housing applications can be built in the form of 3D objects and are suitable for use based on beta testing 80.4% answered strongly agree that this application is used.
